Today, I announced the launch of my new venture — Blue Sky Media NYC, a media advisory boutique (BSMnyc.com).  This is the text — please send me your thoughts (and referals).

“As some of you know, I will be leaving MLB Advanced Media on February 26th.  After more than 16 years working for professional sports leagues (12 years at NHL and 4 at MLBAM), I have decided to start a media advisory boutique, Blue Sky Media NYC, BSMnyc.com. <http://BSMnyc.com>  I plan to advise start-ups and more mature companies on their digital strategy, including licensing and syndication of content, acquisition of software and applications, VC fund raising and website design and production services.  In addition, I will assist in navigating the complex layers of negotiating with sports leagues and media and technology portals, television and cable networks, distributors and publishers.”

I have received great feedback and response from partners, colleagues and friends.  I am so excited for this next chapter.  Thanks to everyone for support, insight and guidance.
